EFT- Emotional Freedom Technique.
EFT is a technique, which allows you to deal with negative emotions, which are inherent in every sphere of our lives and influence our behavior, way of thinking, frame of mind, but also on physical complaints.
EFT allows you to restore peace and harmony and ultimately change our behavior, outdistance the negative beliefs and patterns, see their strengths and feel better yourself together.
EFT based on the discovery that:
"The cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body's energy system."
These can be: fears, Phobias, anger, sadness, anxiety, depression, traumatic memories, grief, guilt and all limiting emotions, which affect the efficiency in sport, doing business, or creating works of art. This list is quite sketchy and mentioned only the most important limiting emotions which we experience.

EFT method is similar to acupuncture involves tapping with your fingertips appropriate places on the body where the end of the meridians - the place where energy flows in the body. This allows for the removal of noise in the system energy and releases negative emotions.
